Slow Food’s
Terra Madre
October 20-23, 2004
Terra Madre is a forum for those who grow, raise, catch,
create, distribute and promote food in ways that respect
the environment, defend human dignity and protect the
health of consumers. Cyderworks will join 5000 people
from around the world who represent a 'Food Community'
- which means they are part of a chain of production,
linked by a common product, ethnic identity, region, history,
or approach. Participants in Terra Madre will exchange
ideas and solutions for promoting a healthy, dynamic,
and diverse food system. Learn more about
Terre Madre.
